2 months and counting

I can feel myself getting a little stronger and everything getting a little more routine each day. please check the website whenever you have a chance; that helps motivate me o post more and more frequently. Doctor Zand is the best! he has given me permission to do a little moree exercise each week; I can now walk, swim, jog ( yikes) and lift 5 pound hand wieghts. Still no abdominal work for a while... no core work at all. The worry here is still hernia

please alos visit th eother site. thanks dave

Hello to Northeast Geology

Hey Don, Thanks for your comments and kind words. I miss being across the hall from you as well. I was planning to act as your consigliere, like Tom Hagen in the Godfather; you know a trusted advisor. every chairman needs one you know.

Good luck on another first day. Talk to you soon.

Dave
